Chicken Parmesan


CHICKEN PARMESAN
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. club crackers, crushed
¼ t. garlic salt
½ c. parmesan cheese
2 T. parsley flakes
Dip chicken in butter; roll in crushed crackers. Sprinkle with cheese, garlic, and parsley. Place in greased, oblong dish. Bake at 275 for 1 ½ - 2 hrs. or 350 for 1 hr.
VARIATION:
Put butter, bite-size chicken pieces and crackers in ziplock bag. Once coated, place in greased 9x13, and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
